Happy Memorial Day 2009!

Happy Memorial Day 2009! We were very excited that it was such nice weather here in Eugene! It was fun to get the babies dressed up in their red, white, and blue to celebrate!

Happy 18 Months!

Roman is 2ft 8 1/2 inches tall....
Violet is 2ft 7 inches tall....
Happy 18 months to the twins! We decided to measure how tall they are on their measuring strips we have hanging in their room. Roman is the tallest baby that I know for his age right now. I am not sure where he gets it!

Double Bottle Drinking

I noticed Roman trying to drink out of two bottles at once the other night! How Silly!

The Twins First Concert- Michael Franti & Spearhead

This is Violet looking as cute as ever before the show...
Roman wouldn't look at the camera for me....

I won tickets through my work for Michael Franti & Spearhead. We all went to the show and we all had a great time. Roman had a blast! He would scream and clap along with the crowd, it was great. Violet had a fun time just relaxing in my lap while listening to the music and watching the lights. It was overall, a wonderful evening!

Banana Pudding

The babies are learning to use utensils....
So I let them use their own spoons to eat their banana pudding....

They really like banana pudding!

The babies are doing well learning how to eat with utensils. Violet loves to eat with a fork and Roman does really well most of the time. He doesn't mind getting his hands dirty like Violet does.

Learning How to Hug

The babies are learning how to hug one another and it is the most adorable thing I have ever seen...

Roman ends up tackling Violet most of the time, she doesn't like that so much!

They love each other very much!

Presents from Texas

The twins were excited to get a package from our family in Texas, Grandpa Bart and Grandma Terri, Uncle Tanner, Uncle Nathan, and Aunt Tara!
They sent them these adorable little outfits that they are wearing...
Violet in her new dress at the playground in the mall....

Hi Roman....

They also sent pictures which we are excited to get and see our family! Thank you everyone for sending the package.

Cowboy Hats

We got the babies matching cowboy hats at the Twin's Club Garage Sale and they are adorable in them!

Violet is such a little attention getter...
Roman loves to ride his zebra...

The Twin's Club Garage Sale was this last weekend. Along with lots of clothes for the babies, we also came home with these matching cowboy hats. I think they are super cute!

Parents Night Out

We were invited to the Mike Bellotti Dinner Auction Fundraiser again this year and we had a wonderful time. We won a pair of tickets to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Ohio that we plan to give to Matt's parents for their trip out here. It's a fundraiser and auction to earn money for children with Muscular Dystrophy. It's a wonderful cause.

Meeting the Baby Goat and Chicks

Roman visiting the baby chicks in their cage...

The babies were very excited to see the animals....

The baby goat was adorable.... Our Nanny invited us to visit the animals at her son's house.

This little goat can drink a full baby bottle in record time...

Violet liked to give the baby goat a bottle but she didn't like it that he was drinking the milk so aggressively...

The baby goat is only about one month old...

Cute......

They were a little bit unsure of what to do around the animals at first....

Our Nanny invited us to her relative's house so that the babies could meet all of their animals. They have a Golden Retriever, several baby chicks, a baby goat that they took in because it's mama died shortly after it's birth, chickens, and a kitty. The babies had a great time.

Playtime at the Mall

They both enjoy the wall toys...
Roman is making a funny face...

Hi Rome.....

The bridge to crawl under is really cute...

Don't worry, this is a nice bear....

I missed out on the picture of him sitting on the frog...

Violet's favorite is this little canoe to climb in and out....

I took the twins to the mall and while we were there we played in the kids play area. There are a couple of little slides to slide on and some other things that are appropriate for their age group. We will definitely go again sometime soon because they had a blast!
